Soft Service Assistant

Role Responsibility

  • To assist with all aspects of the preparation, presentation, service and cleanliness of the unit to Company standards
  • To serve and deliver food and beverages for client hospitality
  • To comply with all Company and statutory regulations relating to health and safety, ensuring food is prepared and served in accordance to these standards
  • To provide excellent customer service at all times
  • To maintain and order stock as required
  • To assist at service times by serving customers and operating the till if required, checking floats and cashing up at the end of service
  • To complete all necessary sales controls and documentation for each service within the unit compliance standards
  • To undertake all aspects of cleaning equipment, ensuring that any cleaning duties issued by management are carried out on the specified frequency
  • To undertake training and team meetings as required
  • To assist with any special ad-hoc functions, some of which may occur outside working hours
  • To escalate customer compliments and complaints as necessary, ensuring effective and efficient resolution

About the Company

Essential

  • Must hold a full clean UK driving licence
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be a customer-focused individual
  • Hold a flexible attitude to cover other areas when required
