Soft Service Assistant

Role Responsibility
- To assist with all aspects of the preparation, presentation, service and cleanliness of the unit to Company standards
- To serve and deliver food and beverages for client hospitality
- To comply with all Company and statutory regulations relating to health and safety, ensuring food is prepared and served in accordance to these standards
- To provide excellent customer service at all times
- To maintain and order stock as required
- To assist at service times by serving customers and operating the till if required, checking floats and cashing up at the end of service
- To complete all necessary sales controls and documentation for each service within the unit compliance standards
- To undertake all aspects of cleaning equipment, ensuring that any cleaning duties issued by management are carried out on the specified frequency
- To undertake training and team meetings as required
- To assist with any special ad-hoc functions, some of which may occur outside working hours
- To escalate customer compliments and complaints as necessary, ensuring effective and efficient resolution

About the Company
Essential
- Must hold a full clean UK driving licence
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
