Job Introduction

This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your operational management career.  We are looking to recruit a very experienced site operations manager to take full control of Sodexo’s on site service delivery for a prestigious UK corporate business based in Bristol. This is an exceptional opportunity and one which will allow you to give full strategic direction to the delivery of exceptional facilities services to a large corporate client.

Role Responsibility

  • Operational management accountable for soft services ensuring that the client receives facilities services of the highest quality
  • Accountable for £800,000 turnover
  • Services provided are: Catering, Cleaning, security, reception services, horticultural services,
  • Fostering long term profitable relationships with the client and negotiating client contracts to increase new business opportunities where possible
  • Provide direction and expertise to the operating area by promoting Sodexo strategies and best business practices in order to uphold the Company mission and values
  • Motivate and lead a high performing team to achieve their objectives and the Sodexo strategy

The Ideal Candidate

  • Track record of success in a similar role in a large single site overseeing the delivery of out-sourced facilities services
  • First class knowledge of delivering soft services with an understanding of hard service delivery
  • Ability to lead, motivate and inspire team members on a multi-site basis or across a large single site
  • Proven experienced of developing profitable relationships within a corporate client
  • Experienced in leading company initiatives and change management processes
  • Strong communication and negotiation skill
  • Excellent client relationship management
  • High level of financial acumen
