Administrator - Resourcing (12 month FTC)

Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Resourcing Advisor on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.

You will be required to provide accurate and efficient resourcing support to the justice services segment and assist the Resourcing Partner with the end-to-end resourcing process.

Sodexo Justice Services delivers custodial and community rehabilitation services that challenge offending behaviour, protect the public and offer individuals the opportunity to change their lives for the better. We deliver the total operation of five prisons within England, Scotland and Wales and own six Community Rehabilitation Companies in partnership with crime reduction charity Nacro.

Role Responsibility

  • Provide a helpful, highly responsive and customer friendly Resourcing service to all justice services hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
  • Assist with shortlisting, advertising roles and administration tasks surrounding volume recruitment as required.
  • Liaise with PeopleCentre to book interviews, fitness tests, assessment centres etc.
  • Provide fair and objective feedback to candidates who request further information on their performance during the selection process.
  • Resolve queries as much as possible, using HR/ Resourcing system and escalate any issues you cannot resolve to the Resourcing Partner and/or Head of Resourcing.
  • Provide justice services customers with recruitment process queries, provision of selection tools to Hiring Managers and technical queries surrounding the resourcing system
  • Produce necessary documents to PeopleCentre for offer and contractual paperwork
  • Ensure Tribepad (careers centre) and CSM are utilised and all candidates administered into the correct stages on tribepad
  • Complete relevant areas of monthly report

Essential

  • Good understanding of Recruitment processes, policies and procedures
  • Committed to providing a helpful, friendly, responsive customer service.
  • Well organised, with ability to work to tight deadlines and pays attention to detail
  • Strong understanding and respect for confidentiality
  • Good communication skills, with ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and writing
  • Accurate keyboard and data entry skills
  • Maintains a professional conduct at all times, remaining calm and in control.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to work cooperatively within a team and on own initiative
  • Customer service focussed
  • Accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

    Desirable

  • Some Recruitment experience, with working knowledge of theory and best practice
  • Experience of working in a team environment
  • HR Experience of using a CSM system Understanding of HR processes, policies and procedures

£Competitive salary

12 month FTC
