Quality and Compliance Manager

Job Introduction

Sodexo are currently recruiting for a Quality & Compliance Manager to support a number of our Pharmaceutical sites in the South East with a focus on Berkshire and Sussex.

The Pharma Quality & Compliance team provides support to UK operational teams working on one of our Pharma accounts. The group provides input into training, quality investigations and generates quality metrics, all of which to ensure GxP regulations are satisfied.

Role Responsibility

  • Report to the Quality and Compliance Lead for the contract
  • Management of QMS documentation written and controlled by Sodexo on behalf of the client group.
  • Manage training system for GxP and QMS topics used by Sodexo operations teams and third parties
  • Generate metric information for Sodexo Operations to meet contractual requirements.
  • Work with pharma and Sodexo teams to investigate, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions where GxP deficiencies are discovered.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to Quality and Compliance staff (Sodexo and client).
  • Train to develop knowledge in other Quality and Compliance topics, for example: Change control, Risk management

The Ideal Candidate

  • Candidates should have an understanding of the Pharmaceutical environment and GxP regulations.
  • IT: Strong IT skills particularly with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel.
  • Reporting: Ability to write persuasive and effective reports and communications.
  • Analytical Skills: Must possess strong analytical skills. The ability to systematically gather information from a variety of sources, analyse information, identify implications of data and draw appropriate conclusions.
  • As this role interacts with senior client representatives, and senior Sodexo staff, excellent communications skills (verbal and written) are required, with an ability to recognise the values within different cultures and acknowledge different ways of working.
  • Driving licence and flexible to travel when required
