Quality Assurance and Training Coordinator

Job Introduction

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Quality Assurance and Training Coordinator to be part of our team at our corporate site in Speke, Liverpool.

You will own the Quality Plan and Roadmap for the outsourced IFM contract, identifying gaps in GXP and QA compliance through auditing whilst instigating change. If you have the ability to work without supervision as well as part of a team, have good time management and organisational skills with the ability to work well under pressure – this is a fantastic opportunity for you!

Role Responsibility

  • Ensure compliance to meet all administration standards set by Sodexo, client and governing bodies
  • Be a subject matter expert for GXP systems and procedures within facilities management contract scope, including GMP Cleaning, Warehousing, Lab Services, Pest Control and M&E Engineering
  • Accountable for identifying gaps in compliance with GXP and QA processes, instigating change and escalating issues
  • Ensure accurate Individual Training Profiles (ITP’s) for all staff, GMP contractors and SPG group, including pre-qualification and competence, in accordance with SLA compliance levels
  • Arrange for training in accordance with ITP’s, collating documentation and updating records
  • Manage the Sodexo site Audit program, conduct audits and manage any CAPAs to completion. GXP control procedures across all facilities administration functions
  • Co-ordinate a monthly Quality review and own the agenda, action plan and minutes
  • Assist with auditing internal quality processes for managing sub-contractors and procuring services
  • Implement and manage an administration system for Change Control.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced GXP and QA Co-ordinator in a Pharma environment
  • Proven experience in managing training, change control and document control processes
  • Excellent administration, planning and computing skills
  • Confident communicator – both written and verbal
  • Knowledge and understanding of CAPA
  • Knowledge and understanding of ISO standards
  • Trained internal auditor
  • Experience in taking part in external audit process, preferably from MHRA / FDA
  • Good awareness and understanding of health, safety and environmental
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and staff

Desirable

  • Formal qualifications and/or accreditation in quality assurance
  • Safety accreditation

Package Description

Up to £30,000 depending on experience
