Purchasing Administrator
Job Introduction

Role Responsibility
The role will include:
- Creating and communicating purchase orders in accordance with company policy.
- Exceeding client expectations, working as part of the team to deliver departmental objectives.
- Generating paperwork for production (works orders)
- Data processing
- Communicating with vendors to ensure OTIF targets are exceeded.
- Analysis of system data to best manage materials.
- Data entry and analysis in support of Supply Chain
- Generation, control and maintenance of work instructions, adapting to changes in client requirements.
- Provide periodical reports to Purchasing Team.
The Ideal Candidate
Candidates should be numerate, have confident communication skills and enjoy working to deadlines.
