Help Desk Receptionist / Administrator

Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a Help Desk Receptionist /Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

As a Help Desk Receptionist /Administrator you will be responsible for:

 

  • Providing a professional receptionist / administrator service
  • Dealing with enquiries from staff, visitors and students either by telephone, email or face-to-face and to forward onto appropriate contact if necessary
  • Ad hoc tasks as and when required

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate for this role will have:

 

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Experience of working under pressure
