General Operative - Fixed Term

Job Introduction

We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven person to work in the one of our Dublin sites.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.

You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.

Role Responsibility

  • Participate in or action the recommendations of planned general inspections.
  • To be able to relocate furniture, equipment and other such items.
  • Interaction with Third Party Contract personnel
  • Provide assistance and support when requested to the other areas of the department, including minor maintenance tasks.
  • Event Setup
  • Reception Administration,
  • Meeting Room & VIP setup
  • Resolve issues for meeting room equipment users
  • Weekly activity report for review by FM Team/Manager
  • Fault Reporting
  • Access card administration
  • Floor plan updates
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • To know what the assigned requirements and responsibilities are as part of the ERT Procedure.

The Ideal Candidate

  • knowledge of MS Office and MS Project.
  • Previous experience essential
  • The role may include some form of strenuous activity and you must have the ability to undertake these if and when required

Package Description

General Operative - Fixed Term

40 hrs per week - Monday to Friday
