Airline Lounge Manager

Job Introduction

This role is key in ensuring the smooth day to day running of one of our most prestigious 1st Class/Business Class lounges with a Middle Eastern focus. Your role will be to ensure the customers have an outstanding hospitality experience, whether these are families going on holiday or a corporate traveller attending a meeting.

Role Responsibility

This senior role, involves leading a team in a busy airport lounge where our customers have high expectations, you will drive team engagement, ensure a high level of service and manage Client relationships. This is an excellent role for someone who puts the customer first and can drive service excellence. 

  • To act as the primary representative for Sodexo within the lounge
  • Oversee the daily operation of the lounges, ensuring commitments are delivered in accordance with client expectations, and continually adding value to the contract through innovation and pro-activeness.
  • You will also be required to financially manage the contract, working towards achieving financial and non-financial targets.
  •  This is an exceptional role that will involve staff training, recruitment, setting objectives and motivating teams therefore optimising staff engagement.
  •  Working with the food and beverage teams you will also help to bring innovation to the food offering on site

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in providing ‘high-end’ quality in customer service and product.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise importance

  • Flexible, able to cover shifts if required
