Role Responsibility

They are now looking for a Finance and Quality Administrator to join their team providing support to the operations team in monitoring, maintaining and analysing quality standards across the contract between the hospital and Sodexo. You will be involved in ensuring that all company procedures and contractual obligations are strictly adhered to. Which involves keeping staff records up to date, checking invoices and raising credits, keeping employee files up to date and producing monthly reports. You will also be involved in checking stock is monitored and completing audits. In addition you will provide general administrative report to the team.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong IT proficiency – including high standard of Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • Administration experience.
  • Business management knowledge with ability to comment on results and advise on potential causes.
  • Ability to build professional partnerships and communicate effectively at all levels, particularly at client level.
  • Able to demonstrate positive attitude to self development, willingness to learn in role and identify own training needs as appropriate
  • High level of self motivation
  • Honest and reliable
  • Remains objective and professional under pressure minimising reactivity
  • Flexible approach to role
