Driver Labourer
Job Introduction
We have an interesting opportunity for a self motivated candidate to join a busy site to work as a LGV Class II Driver. Role Responsibility
- To maintain a high level of cleanliness in vehicle
- To adhere to agreed delivery times as per documentation
- To carry out companies temperature control procedures
- To carry out required “Pre checks” on vehicle before commencing duty.
- To report vehicle defects daily
- To deliver product to customer as required, including specific requirements.
- To adhere to drivers hours rules under EC directive
- To adhere to company hygiene and health and safety procedures
- To be aware of the company’s quality management system and in particular, to follow any quality assurance work instructions that are applicable to the job.
- To act in appropriate mannor towards our customers.
- To carry out other duties dictated by the requirements of the business
The Ideal Candidate
Essential
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK
- Minimum License LGV2
- Driver CPC qualification
Desirable
- Experience of dealing with customers
- Level 3 Food Hygiene
Package Description
To deliver product to the customer whilst maintaining temperature and quality of product and communicating with the customer as required by the business.
