Driver Labourer

Job Introduction

We have an interesting opportunity for a self motivated candidate to join a busy  site to work as a LGV Class II Driver. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

  • To maintain  a high level of cleanliness in vehicle
  • To adhere to agreed delivery times as per documentation
  • To carry out companies temperature control procedures
  • To carry out required “Pre checks” on vehicle before commencing duty.
  • To report vehicle defects daily
  • To deliver product to customer as required, including specific requirements.
  • To adhere to drivers hours rules under EC directive
  • To adhere to company hygiene and health and safety procedures
  • To be aware of the company’s quality management system and in particular, to follow any quality assurance work instructions that are applicable to the job.
  • To act in appropriate mannor towards our customers.
  • To carry out other duties dictated by the requirements of the business

The Ideal Candidate

Essential

  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK
  • Minimum License LGV2
  • Driver CPC  qualification

 

Desirable

  • Experience of dealing with customers
  • Level 3 Food Hygiene

Package Description

To deliver product to the customer whilst maintaining temperature and quality of product and communicating with the customer as required by the business.
