Job Introduction
Due to internal promotion we have a Deputy General Managers position available at Brighton and Hove Football Club, this senior position on site involves driving employee engagement, ensuring a fantastic level of service and managing profits. Manage site specific conference & banqueting, match day public and hospitality services including teams in accordance with the contract and SLA’s in place. Role Responsibility
Reporting the General Manager, this role will involve leading the team by example, demonstrating high levels of motivation and engagement to drive success across the contract. The Sodexo team on site at Brighton and Hove Football Club, provide services across catering, hospitality, retail, conferencing and sales. With an established relationship at the club, they ensure an excellent level of hospitality and service on match days and non match days.Ensuring the contract is performing to our agreement, you will manage budgets and costs, looking for efficiencies and savings where possible. Managing client relationships is paramount, ensuring satisfaction with the service provided across the venue. With responsibility for the teams across retail, hospitality and conferencing and events, you will drive engagement through leadership, communication and development, maintaining a positive team culture where all members work collaboratively.
