Job Introduction
Norfolk & Suffolk CRC are currently recruiting for a Permanent Deputy Director based within either Norfolk or Suffolk.
As a Deputy Director you will develop and maintain key strategic partnerships locally and ensure operational performance in the locality. You will be a leader and will assist the organisation to move towards greater quality service delivery

The Ideal Candidate
Essential
- Leadership and management experience
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the environment in which NSCRC operates, taking account of NPS, Courts, Prisons, PCC etc
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of complex public protection arena
- Sufficiently wide range of offender management knowledge to inspire confidence and exert influence within partnerships
- Financial management experience, including resource management and proven ability to achieve efficiencies
- Proven ability to develop mature, productive relationships with internal and external service providers, key stakeholders and partners
- Effective communicator and presenter, including ability to chair meetings
- Strategic thinking, understanding policy and legal context, to make meaningful decisions in complex situations
- Highly motivated and resilient
- Ability to manage Service Level Agreements/Local Contracts within governance and performance/QA frameworks
Desirable
- Management qualification
- Experience of criminal justice sector
- Senior management experience in a similar service related role
Package Description
Starting Salary: SCCOG Band A £42,859
