Corporate Receptionist

Job Introduction

To supply ‘World Class’ reception facilities in welcoming, liaison with clients, (telephone and visitors) and optimal booking and use of meeting rooms.

This position involves manning various busy reception desks, dealing with visitors and staff and to provide an Excellent Customer Service.

To carry out regular and systematic checks of the meeting rooms ensuring rooms are clean, tidy and set up to standard.

The candidate will be well presented, and must be able to demonstrate excellent spoken and written English and be able to communicate on all levels.

This role requires maintaining the highest standards of operation and customer service, with a positive attitude, being innovative and forward thinking.

The right candidate must be flexible around business needs; shift pattern is between the hours of 07.00 and 19.00, Monday to Friday.  , Monday to Friday.

Role Responsibility

  • Act as first point of contact for all queries in an efficient and concise manner
  • Meet and greet all visitors and advise host of visitors arrival
  • Act as point of contact for internal/external telephones queries
  • Effectively build and maintain professional relations with both internal and external contacts
  • Up keep of meeting rooms and report any issues to the Front of House Supervisors
  • Keep reception tidy and presentable
  • Furthermore assistance of the catering team and regular checks of working area required.
  • Attention to detail must be shown at all times and customer care must be the forefront, ensuring we offer a quality service and product.

  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service both face to face and over the telephone
