Cluster Facilities Supervisor

Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a Cluster Facilities Supervisor to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

  • The supervision of all cleaning and business services across Moray House and Inchgower and other Speyside sites, motivating and leading the team to perform their roles to a high standard in alignment to Sodexo policies and procedures
  • Carrying out frequent audits on each service to ensure that first class service is delivered
  • Reviewing of work schedules and completing staff performance reviews
  • Manage the day to day health and safety and compliance of the Sodexo services, and support the client in the delivery of health and safety across your area
  • Manage the day to day running of all services and administration including rotas, holiday cover and sickness cover
  • Liaise daily with site clients to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Comply with all Company & Client policies, site rules and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH. This will include your awareness of any specific hazards in your work place.
  • Conducting staff training and ensuring all training requirements are met
  • Maintain levels of stock and carry out stock takes.
  • Report all accidents and near misses in accordance to company policy
  • To undertake cleaning and ensure all aspects of service  is completed: walls up to 6ft, floors, fixtures, fittings, etc., to the contract specification

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven cleaning and management experience
  • Management knowledge of health & safety
  • Able to work on own initiative within a team environment
  • Good numerical and communication skills, must be able to demonstrate effective verbal and written communication
  • Able to demonstrate working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Customer focused with proven experience of managing long-term client relationships
  • Able to be flexible around hours of work in order to meet the needs and demands of the client and customer organisation
  • Full driver license
