Chef de Partie

Job Introduction

We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie to work in the one of our Dublin sites.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.

You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative

Role Responsibility

  • To ensure dishes are cooked and prepared to the specific standards set out buy the Executive Head Chef
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of the full menu and various menu cycles that will run simultaneously
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements under the safety, health and welfare act 2005 and food hygiene

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a high quality , busy establishment
  • High End Production /Contract catering is advantageous
  • Strong Knowledge of HACCP
  • To lead by example
  • Experience using Varied Cooking methods, ingredients , equipment and processes
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently to exact times, deadlines and under pressure
  • To communicate clearly, professionally and concisely
  • To work professionally as part of a team as well as on your own initiative

39 hours per week
