Chef Opportunities - All culinary levels

Job Introduction

Role Responsibility

  • Delivery and preparation of quality food for catering and hospitality services which may include daily customer catering, fine dining, hospitality services, functions or events.
  • Ensure all food is prepared fresh and to a high standard as per service level agreement, Company policy and current legislation.
  • Control and monitor the financial performance of the unit and to maintain costs within pre-budgeted targets.
  • Establish and maintain satisfactory relationships with individuals at all levels within the Company and the Client organisation.
  • Implement and maintain the Statutory and Company standards of hygiene, health and safety and take any action as is necessary.

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience culinary experience of all levels
  • Passion for delivering great food and service
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focus
  • Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety
  • City & Guilds 1 & 2 Catering or NVQ equivalent
