Chef Manager (Fixed Term)

Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a Chef Manager to work for our TFL contract, based in Golders Green.
You will work for TFL and focus on delivering excellent food and customer service to tube drivers and station employees.
Role Responsibility
- Responsible for the preparation and delivery of all food, ensuring all service standards are met or exceeded.
- Ensure a safe, compliant environment for our teams and customers by ensuring processes are followed and gaps identified and escalated to resolution.
- Ensure that all statutory regulations relating to safe systems of Work, Health & Safety, Cleanliness, Hygiene, Fire and COSH standards are met or exceeded
- Control and monitor financial performance of designated area, in line with pre-determined aligned budgets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels within the business and the client organisation
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Chef, ideally Manager in a similar environment
- Craft skills and strong knowledge of food production
- Excellent client and customer relationship management skills
- Strong all round communications skills.
- IOSH Managing Safely
Desirable
- Administrative and book-keeping (budget) skills
