Chef De Partie

Job Introduction

We currently have some fantastic new Chef vacancies across various prestigious schools within our Independent Education Business. This is a great opportunity for hardworking and passionate chefs to develop their career within a growing business.

Role Responsibility

  • Support the preparation and cooking of quality food
  • Work closely with the brigades to deliver a high quality food service
  • Ensure the kitchen areas are clean and tidy
  • Health and safety regulations, ensuring they are followed at all times
  • Delivering a world class customer experience to staff and students
  • Assisting the Head Chef or Chef Manager with paperwork including stock ordering, menu planning and costing’s
  • Support events and hospitality services

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent craft skills
  • Previous chef experience and good communication skills
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate (advantageous but not essential)
  • Basic Health and Safety certificate (advantageous but not essential)
  • Good customer service skills
  • Passion for great food and service
