Catering Administrator

Job Introduction

This is a superb opportunity to build a strong team within one of our major contracts. Providing a strong full administration service to Sodexo employees on site  

Role Responsibility

  • Deliver an administration function with a flexible team to support a variety of tasks
  • Provide assistance to site budget control
  • Experience of working within a catering environment
  • Ensure good SHE compliance
  • Implement site service or process improvement initiatives
  • Manage and develop a team of administrators
  • To ensure continuous improvement of the administration service through techniques such as RCA’s, PDR’s, lean processes
  • Provide administration and accounting services where required
  • Ensure management of any deficiencies or surpluses on cash takings, floats or stocks

The Ideal Candidate

  • Highly customer focused with strong leadership skills capable of merging together a variety of process and developing 1 vision
  • Strong Administration skills covering both office administration and basic finance skills
  • A good understanding of facilities management processes and terminology
  • Flexible approach able to help within food service at busy periods
  • Strong customer service skills.
