Bar Operative

Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a Bar Operative to join our team on site. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

To ensure the bars are set up to the company’s high standard and agreed specification.

Completion of temperature records, cleaning schedules. Reporting any discrepancies to your line Manager.

Ensure that a ready Supply of all service items are available at all times , liaising with Management to ensure a smooth , efficient service to our customers.

Ensure that all beverages are served to agreed specification and remain within licensing laws at all times.

Comply with opening and closing procedures. Comply with all legal & company Procedures relating to food safety, hygiene, health & safety & personal hygiene / Labelling assisting the Management with stock take as and when required.

Assisting the Host as and when required. To complete the daily cleaning as per the cleaning schedule.

Carry out any reasonable request from any member of the management team at any time. And report to the Management at the end of the shift. Ensure bar areas is cleaned and cleared of clutter at all times.

Engage with passengers during service times.

The Ideal Candidate

Possess good customer service skills.

Good communication skills – written and verbalThe ability to demonstrate great team work.

Awareness of the importance of following health and safety procedures.

Honesty and sense of responsability are important in building and maintaining a client base.

Hardwork, patience and thorough approach are also desirable to ensure that tasks are performed to a standard satisfaction to the client.
