Administrator - Part Time

Job Introduction

We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven person to work in the one of our Dublin sites.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their work load and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.

You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.

Role Responsibility

  •  work as a part of the team within the successful busy unit.
  • working as part of a team in order to ensure that the unit continues to perform well and maintain the excellent standard of work currently achieved.
  • As an Administrator at Sodexo you will be responsible for providing admin support as required to include but not limited to; Daily trading of accounts, handling cash ,photocopying,  , preparing signage and filing etc.
  • You will also assist other team members in day to day tasks to ensure the smooth running of the operation. This will include operating tills during peak service times and taking till readings.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate

  • will have previous administration experience in a busy environment
  • must be IT Literate with Microsoft office applications
  • have exceptional organisational and customer service skills are a pre-requisite
  • have a flexible "can do" attitude.
  • possess an excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to multi-task and maintain a high attention to detail within a fast paced environment

Package Description

Administrator - Part Time

Monday to Friday

20 hours per week

Training will be provided
