Administrator (Employment Regimes)

As Administrator within our Regimes department, you will coordinate the Employment, Regime Monitoring and Applications function by supporting the Line Manager of this function.

You'll develop the CMS categories and employment function, deputise for absent administrative colleagues, and develop systems to improve functionality of Employment, Regime Monitoring and Applications.

Role Responsibility

  • Deal with any Employment queries
  • Monitor Employment percentages and figures
  • Ensure Employment Policies and Procedures are up to date
  • Regularly meet with work areas to discuss issues and update procedures
  • Improve Employment Function: Induction process, weekly notices, collate information booklet, advertise vacancies on CMS, Notice Boards etc
  • Introduce Prisoner job descriptions and work compacts across the board
  • Develop systems to improve functionality of the initial Induction Centre
  • Produce statistical reports when needed
  • Oversee & develop Employment Allocation Systems
  • Identify Qualified Workers on CMS
  • Oversee weekly Regime Monitoring data inputting
  • Improve knowledge of Purposeful Activity (i.e. Group Work, Association etc)
  • Minute Takie as and when required this may include any area in Bronzefield
  • Collate Paysheets

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Clear working knowledge of CMS or a willingness to learn
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • An understanding of purposeful activity
  • An understanding of the complexities of the Reducing Re-Offending function
  • Ability to set and work to deadlines

Package Description

£18,115.69 + London Weighting £3,589.92 and benefits including Pension, free meals, parking and Gym onsite in additional to Corporate Subsidised Gym Membership and other discounts
