Account Support Manager

Role Responsibility

We are now looking for an Account Support Manager who can support one of our new clients with a variety of processes and management. The role will involve providing support in the delivery of the contract, maintaining management information, creating and analysing reports, monitoring performance and attending meetings with the client. The role also involves managing the administration team of two.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience of working in a similar service environment
  • Strong administration experience with a customer focus
  • Awareness of the need to provide services in a sensitive manner such as not to affect Zurich’s business or reputation.
  • Reliable and trustworthy with ability to work on own initiative.
  • Can-do attitude.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good listening, prioritisation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deal with customer feedback in a calm, structured and professional manner.
  • Ability multi task and prioritise under differing pressures and objectives.
